MCAC is located inside Smallwood State Park, near Sweden Point Marina in Marbury, Maryland, 20658. From LaPlata, Maryland: From Route 301 turn west onto Route 225 (Hawthorne Road); follow Route 225 for approximately 9 miles; turn left on Route 224 South (Chicamuxen Road) and continue for about 4 miles to Smallwood State Park. Turn right into the Smallwood State Park Entrance and follow park road to a right turn onto Upham Place (dirt road). Follow MCAC signs to the Art Center. From the Wilson Bridge: Take Route 210 South (Toward Indian Head) approximately 18 miles. Turn left onto Route 225 (Hawthorne Road) and continue for 1.6 miles. At traffic light, turn right onto Route 224 South (Chicamuxen Road) and continue about 4 miles to Smallwood State Park. Turn right into the Smallwood State Park Entrance and follow park road to a right turn onto Upham Place (newly paved). Follow MCAC signs to the Art Center. From Baltimore: Take I-95 South to Exit 3 (Route 210 South), then follow directions above
